Loop 4 Solutions Ltda – CNPJ: 30.388.160/0001-10 (“LOOP4”, “we” or “our”) aims to protect and respect the privacy of each User. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) aims to describe our privacy practices and principles in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.

1.- Who is responsible for the processing of your data?

The controller of your personal data is Loop 4 Solutions Ltda – CNPJ: 30.388.160/0001-10 (hereinafter "LOOP4"), with registered office at THIERRY RAFAELLI SANTOS MIRANDA MIRO.

Please note that the ownership of this Platform (hereinafter, the "App"), belongs to LOOP4.

By accessing and/or using the App, you become a User (hereinafter, the "User"), and implies acceptance, from such access and/or use, of this Privacy Policy.

2.- Why is LOOP4 authorized to process your data?

LOOP4 processes Users' personal data in order to provide the services contracted through the App. 

LOOP4 takes the protection of your privacy and personal data very seriously. Therefore, your personal information is kept securely and treated with the utmost care. 

This Privacy Policy regulates the access and use of the service (hereinafter, the "Service") that LOOP4 makes available to the User interested in the services.

In this regard, the legal bases used by LOOP4 for processing User data are:

• Execution of contracts;

• The consent of Users to the processing of personal data for the purposes specified in each case; and

• Legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, noting that the personal data processed in the App shall belong to professionals related with the User.

3.- What are the purposes of the processing of your personal data?

Your personal data collected by LOOP4 will be processed and may be used for the following purposes, according to the consent given in the corresponding registration form: 

3.1 The provision of LOOP4 services. In order to provide the service requested by the User, LOOP4 will need to process personal data obtained from the information provided by the User to LOOP4.

3.2 The sending of satisfaction surveys that the user is not obliged to answer.

3.3 The attending of any request submitted by the User.

3.4 The sending of commercial communications and / or Newsletter by LOOP4 about their products and / or services: this purpose will be to send the registered user, by letter, telephone, email, SMS/MMS, or other equivalent means of electronic communication by LOOP4 of information and commercial communications about the Services that may be of interest.

4.- Veracity of the data provided by the Users and data of minors

LOOP4 process personal data that includes categories of data such as contact details, personal characteristics, employment data, on-line browsing information, financial information, and information relative to the user’s account and device.

The User guarantees that the personal data provided are truthful and is responsible for notifying LOOP4 of any changes to them. The User will be responsible, in any case, for the veracity of the data provided, and LOOP4 reserves the right to exclude from the registered Services any User who has provided false data, without prejudice to any other actions that may be applicable by law.

5.- Data retention

The personal data provided will be kept by LOOP4 as long as the user does not express their wish to unsubscribe from LOOP4 services, in order to receive information about LOOP4 products. Subsequently, if necessary, LOOP4 will keep the information blocked for the legally established periods.

6.- Users' rights

Users have the right to:

• Access to their personal data; 

• Request the rectification of any inaccurate data; 

• Request the deletion of their data;

• Request the processing of their data to be limited; 

• Oppose the processing of their data; 

• Request the portability of their data; and

• Likewise, Users shall have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on the automated processing of data.

The User can exercise all these rights at the e-mail address support@loop4.com.br indicating the reason for their request and providing a copy of their ID.

Without prejudice to any other administrative remedy or legal action, the User shall have the right to file a complaint with a Control Authority, particularly in the Member State in which he/she has his/her habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, in the event that he/she considers that the processing of his/her personal data is not appropriate to the regulations, as well as in the event that he/she is not satisfied with the exercise of his/her rights. The supervisory authority to which the complaint has been submitted shall inform the complainant of the course and the outcome of the complaint.

7.- Data security

The protection of the privacy and personal data of the Users is very important for LOOP4. Therefore, LOOP4 does everything in its power to prevent your data from being used inappropriately, allowing access to them only to authorized personnel.

LOOP4 maintains adequate security for the protection of personal data in accordance with applicable legislation and has established all the technical means at its disposal to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of data provided by the User through the App, without prejudice to informing you that Internet security measures are not impregnable.

LOOP4 undertakes to comply with the duty of secrecy and confidentiality with respect to personal data in accordance with applicable legislation, as well as to provide secure treatment in international data transfers and assignments, if any, that may occur.

In those services of the App that require registration as a User, a password must be chosen. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of this password, as well as for all activities that occur in the session initiated with his/her name and password.

The User undertakes to notify LOOP4 as soon as possible of any unauthorized use of their username and/or password or any other breach of security. LOOP4 shall not be liable for any damage or loss that may arise due to the User's failure to comply with this obligation.

8.- Changes

LOOP4 reserves the right to revise its Privacy Policy from time to time. For this reason, please check this Privacy Policy regularly to read the most recent version of it. 

However, any changes to this Privacy Policy will be communicated to the User.

9.- Links to Apps

The LOOP4 App may contain links to the Apps of third party companies and entities. LOOP4 cannot be held responsible for the way in which these companies deal with the protection of privacy and personal data, so we advise you to carefully read the privacy policy statements of these Apps that are not owned by LOOP4 in relation to the use, processing and protection of personal data. 

The conditions offered by these Apps may not be the same as those offered by LOOP4.

11.- Data hosting and International data transfers

LOOP4 informs you that your personal data will be hosted on servers located outside of the European Union, specifically in Brazil and the USA.

LOOP4 also informs you that these data transfers have been taken by signing standard contractual clauses and/or by contracting these data transfers with entities that apply the European standards on privacy, such as the Data  Privacy Framework.

The User declares to have been informed of the conditions regarding the protection of personal data, accepting and consenting to the processing of his/her data by LOOP4, in the manner and for the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy.
